About SayLift
SayLift is a workout tracker and calorie counter for iPhone that you run with your voice. After a set, tap the mic and say "bench press, 3 sets of 8 at 135". SayLift writes down the exercise, sets, reps and weight, and you check and edit each set before saving. Since version 4.5 it also tracks food. Describe a meal in your own words, snap a photo of your plate, scan a barcode or type a few words, and it lists each food with calories, protein, carbs and fat.
Your day sits on one screen: a calorie ring, your macros and every meal next to your workouts. An AI coach reviews each session and gives you numbers for next time. It also includes 873 exercises with photos and instructions that work offline, paste-in routine import from any text plan, and Home and Lock Screen widgets that start a workout or meal log in one tap. Three days free, then a subscription.
